Q: What document formats do you work with?
A: Ideally your document should be sent to us in electronic form, using a word processing package such as Word, or as a PDF. These are the types of file we can work with.
If your document is only available in hard copy, we will mark up the proofs using the British Standard Institute proofreading symbols, as specified by BS 5261C:2005.
